At Golden Sculptor, each piece is carefully handcrafted and securely packed. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement in accordance with the terms below.

1) Mandatory Unboxing Video

  • To qualify for a return or replacement, you must record a single, continuous, uncut unboxing video from the moment you receive the package until the product is fully opened and inspected.
  • The video must clearly show the external package, shipping label, inner packaging, and the product condition.
  • Share the video with us immediately after opening via our official WhatsApp/phone or email listed below.

Without a full, uncut unboxing video, returns or replacements cannot be accepted.

2) Return Eligibility

  • Return or replacement is accepted only if the product is broken, damaged, or incorrect as evidenced in the uncut unboxing video.
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with the unboxing video and clear photos.

3) Free Return Shipping

  • If your request is approved based on the unboxing video, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner and cover the return shipping cost.
  • Upon receipt and inspection, a replacement or refund will be processed as applicable.

4) Non-Returnable Situations

  • No full, uncut unboxing video provided.
  • Video is edited, paused, unclear, or does not show the full opening process.
  • Damage occurring after delivery due to mishandling or misuse.
  • Minor variations in color, finish, or texture due to handcrafted nature, lighting, or screen differences.

5) How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or replacement, contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include:

  • Order ID and delivery date
  • Full, continuous unboxing video
  • Clear photos of the issue and the outer packaging

6) Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Report within 24 hours with the mandatory unboxing video.
  • We may request additional evidence (close-up photos, packaging images) to assist verification.
  • Approved cases will be replaced or refunded. If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued.

7) Lost-in-Transit or Delayed Delivery

  • If the courier confirms the shipment is lost, a full refund or a replacement will be issued.
  • If delivery is not attempted within a reasonable time window based on the service level communicated, we may re-ship or refund after carrier verification.

8) Size, Fit, and Customization

  • For made-to-order or customized pieces, returns are generally not accepted unless damaged or incorrect upon delivery (as proven by the unboxing video).
  • Minor dimension variations are inherent to handcrafted sculptures.

9) Packaging and Return Condition

  • Returned items must be sent back in original condition with all inner packaging, fillers, and accessories.
  • We may guide repacking to ensure the sculpture’s safe return.

10) Refunds

  • If approved, refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • In case of partial returns or other scenarios, timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

11) Courier and Delivery Notes

  • If the outer package appears damaged at delivery, request the courier to note the damage on the delivery remarks and capture photos before opening.
  • This greatly assists with claims and speeds up resolutions.

12) RTO (Return to Origin) and Undelivered Orders

  • Orders may be returned by the courier due to reasons such as incomplete address, customer not contactable, premises closed, or serviceability issues.
  • For prepaid RTOs, we will contact you to re-ship (additional shipping may apply) or process a refund minus actual two-way shipping and handling costs where applicable.

13) Exceptions and Clarifications

  • Artisanal tolerance: Minor variations in color, texture, and finish are normal for handcrafted works and not considered defects.
  • Sharp tools caution: Damage caused by scissors or blades during unboxing is not eligible unless clearly shown in the continuous video as pre-existing damage.
