1) Couriers and Service Area
- All orders are shipped via Professional Couriers across serviceable locations in India.
- Home delivery is not guaranteed at every pincode and depends entirely on Professional Couriers’ local service availability.
2) Shipping Charges
- Shipping is charged at ₹40 per kg.
- Total shipping cost is calculated on the final, packed weight of your order.
3) Delivery Methods
- If home delivery service is available at your pincode, the package will be delivered to your address.
- If home delivery is not available, the shipment will be routed to the nearest Professional Couriers collection point for customer pickup.
4) Dispatch and Timelines
- Dispatch and delivery times vary by destination and courier availability.
- Once shipped, a tracking number will be shared so you can follow your parcel’s progress.
- All timeframes are provided in good faith as estimates and can be affected by local conditions, carrier workloads, or force majeure events.
5) Order Follow‑ups and Updates
- After placing an order, you may receive additional shipping updates or confirmations on dispatch, transit, and delivery attempts.
- Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate to avoid delays.
6) Undelivered, Delayed, and RTO Shipments
- If a shipment cannot be delivered for reasons such as incomplete address, premises closed, customer not contactable, or non‑serviceable pincode, it may be returned to origin (RTO).
- For prepaid RTO orders, re‑shipping can be arranged upon confirmation; additional two‑way shipping and handling may apply.
- If delivery is not attempted within a reasonable window for the chosen mode, re‑shipping or refund may be provided after courier verification.
7) Delivery Attempts and Pickup
- If the courier requires pickup at a local office, you will be notified with location details and pickup instructions.
- Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from the designated Professional Couriers office when home delivery is unavailable.
8) Packaging and Handling
- Each sculpture is packed with care to minimize transit damage.
- On receipt, please inspect the outer package before opening. If visibly damaged, request the courier to note the condition in delivery remarks and take photos before unboxing.
9) Lost or Damaged in Transit
- If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier, a replacement or refund will be issued.
- For damage claims, follow the Return & Refunds Policy requirements, including providing a single, continuous unboxing video.
10) Address Accuracy and Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a complete and accurate shipping address, active phone number, and landmarks where useful.
- Missed deliveries due to incomplete or inaccurate details may incur re‑delivery charges.
11) Service Limitations
- Golden Sculptor does not control corridor routing, last‑mile availability, or operational decisions made by the courier.
- Service interruptions may occur due to weather, local restrictions, or operational constraints.
